Chop Chop Inc Sacrifice Bowl: All 4 Ritual Recipes & Rewards
Sacrifice Bowl recipes in Chop Chop Inc: 1 Hamster + Balloon, 1 Raw Duck, 1 Egg + Gold Wood, 2 Grilled Chicken Legs + Golden Egg — with rewards and fixes.

The Sacrifice Bowl sits at Priscilla's underground altar behind the Mysterious Well. Put the right items in it and it triggers one of four hidden rituals — this page lists every recipe, what each ritual rewards, which order to do them in, and what to check when a ritual will not trigger.
Quick answer
| Ritual | Ingredients | Reward |
|---|---|---|
| Golden Egg | 1 normal Egg + 1 Gold Wood | A Golden Egg into your inventory — repeatable |
| Demonic Chickens | 2 Grilled Chicken Legs + 1 Golden Egg | Black chickens that spawn more Golden Eggs |
| Flying Hamsters | 1 Hamster + 1 Balloon | Flying hamsters appear around the world |
| Mount Duckmore | 1 Raw Duck | A duck-faced Mount Rushmore carved into the mountains |
The bowl accepts ingredients in any order and only consumes what the triggered ritual needs, so extra items are not wasted. There is no completion indicator — track the four rituals yourself.
How to reach the Sacrifice Bowl
The bowl is not on the surface. The route in brief:
- Find the purple padlocked portal in the spooky forest; the well is up the hill to its left.
- Deposit 666 gold currency into the well — not Gold Wood, crops, eggs, or chicken meat.
- The well opens into a lava chamber with the Priscilla chicken statue, the Sacrifice Bowl, and four hint pillars.

All 4 rituals explained
Golden Egg: 1 Egg + 1 Gold Wood
The only repeatable ritual. Any normal Egg plus one Gold Wood makes a Golden Egg that goes directly into your inventory. Since the Demonic Chicken ritual consumes a Golden Egg, this is your renewable source — you can always craft another when you have the materials.
Gold Wood comes from the Void Portal area where the cult ducks live. A second Portal Door under the first rock — opposite side from the entrance — leads to floating rocks with more resources.
Demonic Chickens: 2 Grilled Chicken Legs + 1 Golden Egg
Feeds the bowl 2 Grilled Chicken Legs and 1 Golden Egg to spawn black chickens in the world. Community reports say the black chickens keep producing extra Golden Eggs if left alive, and drop 3 chicken legs when killed — community-observed rather than guaranteed mechanics.
Recipe note: some community posts and external wikis summarize the ingredient as 2 Cooked Chicken instead of Grilled Chicken Legs. The most detailed player report — the same one that corrected other recipes in the thread — lists Grilled Chicken Legs. If your ritual will not trigger, try the alternative wording's item and check the troubleshooting section below.
Flying Hamsters: 1 Hamster + 1 Balloon
One Hamster plus one Balloon fills the sky with flying hamsters. No downstream crafting use is reported — it is the game's pure spectacle ritual.
Mount Duckmore: 1 Raw Duck
Drop one Raw Duck into the bowl and a duck-faced Mount Rushmore appears in the mountain range. One duck is enough — an early community post said two, which was corrected in the same thread. For Raw Duck locations, see Duck Locations — the primary report points up and left of the lab area; another places it behind Sir Island. Both descriptions point at the same landmark seen from different angles.
Which ritual should you do first?
The four rituals are mechanically independent, but the ingredients are not:
- Do Golden Egg first. Its Golden Egg is a required input for Demonic Chickens, and it is the only repeatable ritual.
- Demonic Chickens second — it consumes your Golden Egg but reportedly replaces it with an ongoing Golden Egg source.
- Flying Hamsters and Mount Duckmore have no dependencies; do them whenever you have the items.
The Golden Egg production chain
The two chicken rituals link into one self-supplying loop — the only chain in the game whose output feeds its own next step:
| Step | Input | Output | Evidence |
|---|---|---|---|
| 1. Golden Egg ritual | 1 Egg + 1 Gold Wood | 1 Golden Egg, straight into your inventory | Confirmed recipe — repeatable |
| 2. Demonic Chickens ritual | 2 Grilled Chicken Legs + 1 Golden Egg | Black chickens spawn in the world | Confirmed recipe — one-time |
| 3. Keep black chickens alive | — | More Golden Eggs over time | Community-observed |
| 4. Kill a black chicken | — | 3 chicken legs | Community-observed |
| 5. Kill ~50 regular chickens | — | The Chicken King appears | Community-observed |
Two notes on the chain: Hotfix #4 removed the Golden Egg that previously sat in the post-parkour Golden Chest, so that chest is not an alternative source. And outside the chain, some players report ordinary chickens dropping Golden Eggs — a community-observed lead with no confirmed trigger yet.

Before you sacrifice anything
The real cost here is rare materials, not the ritual itself:
- Do not sell your first Golden Egg — Demonic Chickens needs it as an ingredient.
- Keep a Gold Wood reserve — it is a rare resource and the only known Golden Egg input besides the repeatable ritual.
- Testing is safer than it looks — the bowl only consumes what the triggering ritual needs, so putting a wrong combination in does not waste the extras.
- Read the pillars first — each of the four pillars around the altar faintly sketches its ritual's ingredients. Players report the drawings are hard to see, but they match the table above.
Why is my ritual not triggering?
Work through this checklist before assuming a bug:
- Right item state? Normal Egg ≠ Golden Egg; Raw Duck is not cooked duck; the chicken ingredient is Grilled Chicken Legs, not raw chicken meat.
- Right counts? The Demonic Chicken ritual needs exactly 2 legs plus the Golden Egg.
- Already completed? There is no indicator — you may have triggered this ritual earlier.
- Re-enter the altar. For a reported Demonic Chicken failure with correct ingredients, leaving the lava chamber and coming back triggered it on retry.
Is the Sacrifice Bowl required for anything?
No. Community replies confirm the bowl and its rituals are not tied to achievements or story progression — the 21 achievements (three hidden) include none for the well or bowl. The rituals are optional secrets in the exploration layer the official Steam page describes.

Frequently Asked Questions
Quick answers to the most common Chop Chop Inc questions.
What do you put in the Sacrifice Bowl in Chop Chop Inc?
Four combinations are known: 1 Hamster + 1 Balloon (Flying Hamsters), 1 Raw Duck (Mount Duckmore), 1 normal Egg + 1 Gold Wood (Golden Egg), and 2 Grilled Chicken Legs + 1 Golden Egg (Demonic Chickens).
Can you put ingredients in the Sacrifice Bowl in any order?
Yes. Player testing shows the bowl accepts multiple ingredients in any order and only consumes what the triggered ritual needs, so extra items in the bowl are not wasted.
Which Sacrifice Bowl ritual should I do first?
Do the Golden Egg ritual first. Its Golden Egg is a required ingredient for the Demonic Chicken ritual, and the Golden Egg ritual is the only repeatable one, so you can always make another.
Is the Golden Egg ritual repeatable?
Yes — it is the only repeatable ritual. Any time you have 1 normal Egg and 1 Gold Wood, the ritual makes another Golden Egg that goes straight into your inventory.
Why is my Demonic Chicken ritual not working?
Check that the bowl holds 2 Grilled Chicken Legs (not raw chicken meat) and 1 Golden Egg (not a normal Egg). Some posts summarize the ingredient as 2 Cooked Chicken. If the ingredients look right, leave and re-enter the altar area and try again — a reported workaround.
How do I know which rituals I have completed?
There is no completion indicator. Players report forgetting which rituals they finished, so keep your own checklist of the four: Flying Hamster, Mount Duckmore, Golden Egg, Demonic Chicken.
Is the Sacrifice Bowl required for achievements?
No. The game has 21 achievements and none is tied to the sacrifice bowl or its rituals, so skipping a ritual does not block 100% completion.
Where is the Sacrifice Bowl?
Inside the Mysterious Well. Deposit 666 gold into the well in the spooky forest to drop into the lava altar where Priscilla and the bowl wait — see the Mysterious Well guide for the full route.
